Rapid construction with prefabricated walls

By using prefabricated walls, we provide an efficient and cost-saving solution without compromising on quality. These walls are placed and then filled with concrete. An additional advantage is the finishing of the side walls with plastic, which ensures easy cleaning, hygiene and reduced influence of germs. These are available in stone strip motif or smooth finish.

Our range includes plastic panels (PP and PVC) in various dimensions in terms of width and height. In addition, we also offer concrete variants.

Customer issue regarding stables

In February 2023, Kuipers submitted a request to us. It concerned the replacement of outdated stable doors and the need for sustainable, custom-made doors.

As Stable Brothers we purchased panels and steel and delivered them to the location. Our assembly team constructed the doors on site, as each door had unique dimensions and prefabrication was not possible. The result was the delivery of suitable and durable doors.

In addition to supplying stables or doors, we have expertise in designing stables. In such projects we act as an advisor for matters such as pen dimensions, animal routing and choice of materials.

Our expertise enables us to provide customers with good advice and work together on optimal stable designs.

Our working method

Customers approach us with their issues for advice. We then schedule a visit with the customer, where we identify and analyze the problem to come to a solution. We explain the advantages of the proposed solution and if the customer approves, we send an installation team to implement the solution.
