The following terms apply to purchases from Stablebrothers.com:
Returns
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur. To make use of this right, you can contact us via sales@stablebrothers.com . We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
Return Exceptions
Products ordered through this webshop and then custom-made according to the specifications you entered are not covered by the right of withdrawal. The sale is hereby final after successful payment.
Postage costs
For deliveries up to €175,- ex VAT the shipping costs are €7.49. This applies to shipments within the Netherlands with the exception of the Wadden Islands. For deliveries above €175,- ex VAT no shipping costs are charged. For foreign deliveries we reserve the right to communicate and pass on the shipping costs in line with market rates.
Shipments with different sizes and/or weights do not have a standard rate. The applicable rates will be charged for these.
Unusual sizes will be delivered by a special carrier, the rate for this will be communicated to you in advance.
Formation of the agreement
The maximum delivery time is 30 days unless otherwise agreed. If the delivery time is not feasible, we will inform the consumer of this in good time and offer the possibility to terminate the agreement or agree on a new delivery time. Amounts already paid will be refunded within 30 days upon termination.
Warranty
We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it does sometimes happen that an order breaks during transport or that something else happens that entitles you to a warranty. Legally, you are obliged to report this to us within two months of discovering the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will take care of repair or replacement free of charge.

Complaints
It can always happen that something does not go entirely as planned. We recommend that you first report complaints to us by sending an email to sales@stablebrothers.com . If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil . As of 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr . If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
