Description

Cid Clean from Cid Lines is a high-quality cleaning agent, specially formulated to thoroughly clean drinking water systems. It contains 50% stabilized hydrogen peroxide, stabilizers and humectants, which ensures effective removal of limescale, iron deposits, organic deposits, and residues of medicines and additives. This product is essential for maintaining hygienic drinking water pipes and preventing the spread of pathogens such as Salmonella and E. coli.

Characteristics:

• Stabilized Hydrogen Peroxide: Contains 50% hydrogen peroxide, which provides powerful cleaning.
• Biofilm Removal: Helps loosen and remove biofilm in drinking water pipes.
• Biodegradable: Completely biodegradable and safe for use.

Application: Cid Clean is ideal for cleaning drinking water systems and CIP installations in various agricultural environments. The product is efficient at removing various types of deposits and biofilm, which is essential for maintaining healthy water quality for animals.

Instructions:

For Spaces, Surfaces and Material:

1. Clean surfaces thoroughly beforehand.
2. Disinfect with a 4% solution of Cid Clean by spraying (under low pressure with a coarse drop), scrubbing or immersing.
3. Rinse after 60 minutes contact time.

For CIP Installations:

1. Rinse the CIP system thoroughly beforehand.
2. Circulate a 4% solution of Cid Clean for 60 minutes (cold or warm water).
3. Rinse with clean water.

For Drinking Water Systems:

1. Make a pre-solution of 2.5% by diluting 250 ml of Cid Clean with tap water to 10 liters.
2. Add the pre-solution as a 1% solution to the drinking water for animals up to a concentration of 0.025% Cid Clean.
3. Check the dosage with test strips, where the hydrogen peroxide content must be 125 PPM.
4. The drinking water is ready for consumption if the measured peroxide concentration is < 5 PPM at the first tapping point (check with test strips).

Important comments:

• Do not use during oral vaccination and/or medication via drinking water.
• Stop treatment with Cid Clean from 24 hours before administration of vaccination/medication until 24 hours after vaccination/medication.
