Description
Nitra Cid is a powerful acidic cleaning agent, developed for use in CIP (Cleaning In Place) installations in the dairy and beverage industry. This non-foaming cleanser is based on nitric acid and contains humectants and foam inhibitors. It is ideal for descaling stainless steel industrial washing machines and removing stubborn proteins and starch deposits.
Characteristics:
- Composition: Made on the basis of nitric acid, humectants and foam inhibitors.
- Removes: Mineral contaminants such as limescale and rust, and stubborn protein and starch deposits.
- Suitable for: Descaling of stainless steel industrial washing machines and use in CIP systems.
Technical information:
- Dosage: 0.5-2% (on advice).
- Contact time: 10-20 minutes (on advice).
- Temperature: 40-60°C.
- Rinse: With clean warm or cold water.
Application: Nitra Cid is ideal for use in the food processing industry, especially in the dairy and beverage industries. It can be used effectively for cleaning and descaling CIP systems and container washing machines.
Instructions:
- CIP Cleaner:
- Rinse the installation before use.
- Circulate a 0.5-2% solution of Nitra Cid at a temperature of 50-60°C for 15 minutes.
- Rinse with clean water.
- Material cleaner:
- Rinse the material before use.
- Mix a 0.5-2% solution in lukewarm water and let it work for 30 minutes.
- Rinse with clean water.
