Description
Chriox 5 is a biocide, intended for professional use only, with bactericidal, fungicidal, virucidal, sporocide and levuricidal activity.
The disinfectant is recognized for the following applications:
PT2 - Laundry disinfection in closed washing machines
- Preparatory actions: Containers are opened manually and then connected to a pump.
- Method of application: The pump doses the product into the washing machine
- Prescribed dosage: Bactericidal, fungicidal, levuricidal and virucidal at 2ml/L and at a temperature of 60°C for 15 minutes or at 70°C for 10 minutes together with an anionic or non-ionic detergent and with a pH between 8.8 and 10.3
PT2 - Disinfection of surfaces in industry, public buildings and healthcare
- Preparatory actions: Transfer 100 mL to a bucket containing approximately 10 liters of buffered solution
- Method of application: Hard surfaces are wiped with mops and polishing cloths
- Prescribed dose: Bactericidal 10 mL/L 5 min 20°C Fungicide & Levuricide 10 mL/L 15 min 20°C
PT2 - CIP in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry
- Preparatory actions: Containers (20L - IBC) are opened manually. Small containers are manually emptied into the CIP holding tank, containers of 200L are pumped over.
- Method of application: The product is automatically diluted with water and dosed from the storage vessels in the pipeline and those of the closed production systems.
- Prescribed dosage: Bactericidal 10 mL/L 5 min 20°C Fungicide & Levuricide 10 mL/L 15 min 20°C Virucidal 8 mL/L 60 min 20°C Sporicidal 8 mL/L 60 min 20°C PT4 - Disinfection of equipment in the food and beverage industry by short or full immersion
- Preparatory actions: Containers are opened manually. For small containers the product is manually poured into the immersion vessel and for large containers via a pump.
- Method of application: Immerse
- Prescribed dosage: bactericide 10 mL/L 5 min 20°C fungicide & levuricide 10 mL/L 15 min 20°C
PT4 - Disinfection of surfaces and equipment by manual low pressure spraying
- Preparatory actions: Containers are opened manually. Small containers are manually poured into the reservoir of the high-pressure cleaner, while large containers are directly connected to the high-pressure cleaner via a pump. The reservoir is then topped up with water until it is full.
- Method of application: The product is sprayed over the surfaces / objects to be disinfected.
- Prescribed dosage: bactericide 10 mL/L 5 min 20°C fungicide & levuricide 10 mL/L 15 min 20°C
