In practice, we often see a relapse in calves when they move to group housing in the stable after their period in calf pens. The CalfOTel® XL-5 is therefore absolutely the best follow-up to the single lofts. If calves are reared outside in this system after their stay in the pens, up to the age of approximately 3 months, you will prevent these problems. Calves then go back inside with a healthy start. Naturally, the XL-5 system has all the strengths of the CalfOTel® single lofts.
