Stable Brothers presents the Venke automatic water heaters, designed to provide constant and optimal water delivery from the first to the last drinking nipple in the stable, regardless of water pressure. These flow valves eliminate the need for a pressure reducing valve per department.

• Optimal and constant water output: The Venke automatic water heaters ensure a constant water output, regardless of the water pressure. This ensures that every animal in the stable has access to clean, fresh water.

• Adjustable passage: With these flow valves you can determine exactly how much water comes out of the drinking nipple. For example, you can set 2.5 liters per minute to come out of the drinking nipple, regardless of the pre-pressure (between 1 and 6 bar).

• High pressure system: The system can be safely increased to approximately 2-3 bar, which ensures a consistent supply of drinking water and limits the growth of bacteria due to the high pressure.

• Less spillage, easier intake: Despite the high pressure, water does not spray out of the drinking nipple, which simplifies water intake for pigs and minimizes spillage.
