About this product

An effective way to reduce fly nuisance around livestock farms or buildings. The Fly Catcher XL is irresistible to flies. The attractant is based on natural yeast, egg powder, and fructose sugar and contains no harmful substances. Also suitable for use on organic farms. Once in the bucket, flies cannot escape.

Product Description

Application

Attach the 6 black spouts with the smallest opening to the inside of the bucket. Then empty the 240g Fly Catcher Attractant (6 x 40g sachets) into the bucket and add 3.6 liters of water. Mix well. Close the bucket with the lid.

No-fly zone

Place the buckets outside 10-15 meters from the barn, preferably 1.5 meters high in a sheltered spot. The range of a fly trap is approximately 200-300 m². Maintain a distance of approximately 15 meters between each bucket.

Example: we recommend placing 6 Fly Catcher XL fly buckets around a 15mx30m building.

Operation

After a few days the mixture begins to ferment and becomes irresistible to flies.

Effective: 6 to 12 weeks. If necessary, refill the bucket with water (to prevent evaporation).

When the bucket is full of flies, empty the bucket and refill it with Fly Catcher Attractant and water.
