Product Description

Properties Block Bond SEMI-FAST:

  • Safe to work with: no H351 symbol: no PU certificate needed
  • Quick:10-14 sec.processing time
  • Fully taxable after minimum90 seconds
  • Optimal storage temperature: between 0°C and 23°C
  • Processing temperature: between 0°C and 30°C;

Explanation of use:

  1. Place the cartridge in the dosing gun (Art. 527873 or Art. 527874)
  2. Turn the cartridge sealing ring and remove the sealing cap
  3. Squeeze a little glue out of the cartridge until glue comes out of both components (leveling
  4. Place the mixing tip (Art. 527871) on the cartridge and place the ring back around the mixing tip and tighten it
  5. Apply the glue to the dry block or claw.
  6. Please note: make sure the glue is not applied on top of each other
  7. Press the block firmly (optimum thickness of adhesive layer: 3mm between block and claw). Steps 5 and 6 must be completed within10 to max. 14 secondstake place
  8. Then don't touch it anymore. After90 secondsthe glue has completely hardened


Dry, but not hot!

A heat gun can reach temperatures of hundreds of degrees, but for Block Bond the maximum is 60°C.

Higher may reduce adhesion.
