Product Description

The Mixtron metering pump P022 from Italy is a versatile and efficient solution for mixing and emulsifying various cooling lubricants with water. These volumetric metering pumps are designed to be easy to use, portable and maintenance-free. They are powered by water and do not require electricity, making them very suitable for various applications.

Operation:

The Mixtron dosing pump uses the flow of water as the sole driving force for the motor piston, which in turn drives the dosing piston. This system sucks up the concentrate in the set percentage and mixes it internally with the water. The resulting solution is distributed through the pipes, whereby the injected amount of concentrate is always proportional to the amount of water flowing through the pump. Fluctuations in pressure do not affect the set percentage, because the pump only reacts to the amount of water flowing through.
