Product Description

Nitra Cid Agri is a high-quality acid cleaner specially formulated for the dairy industry. The product contains nitric acid and phosphoric acid, which effectively remove calcium and milk deposits. The addition of wetting agents increases the cleaning power and ensures thorough cleaning of milking equipment, milk tanks and CIP systems.

Features:

  • Compound:Contains nitric acid, phosphoric acid and wetting agents.
  • Effective Cleaning:Removes limescale, milkstone and iron deposits.
  • Non-foaming:Provides excellent rinsing.
  • Safe for Rubber:The nitric acid content is not aggressive for rubber parts in milking installations.

Application:Nitra Cid Agri is suitable for cleaning and descaling milking equipment, milk tanks and CIP systems. It is particularly effective for removing heavy lime and milkstone deposits, where other products do not work optimally.

Instructions for use:

  • Pre-wash:
    - Rinse the equipment with lukewarm water.
  • Cleaning:
    - Circulate a 0.5% solution of Nitra Cid Agri (50 g/10L water) for about 8 minutes at a temperature of 50-70°C.
  • Rinse:
    -Rinse thoroughly with cold drinking water.

Notes:

  • Never mix Nitra Cid Agri with products containing chlorine.
  • Use biocides safely and always read the label and product information before use.
