Air washer on a project basis

An air washer is used in intensive livestock farming to reduce the emission of hazardous substances and/or substances that harm the environment. There are chemical and biological air washers. There are also combination air washers, which combine different systems of emission-reducing techniques. This can be chemical-biological or biological-biological. Chemical air washers work with water and sulphuric acid, biological air washers with bacteria. Chemical air washers only reduce the emission of ammonia and (fine) dust, while biological air washers also reduce substances other than ammonia.
