Product Description

Col-O-Lam is THE natural colostrum substitute for lambs and kids. A top product from Biofiber Damino. Preferably provide this product within 6 hours after birth in situations where there is insufficient good quality colostrum available. Lambs benefit from providing Col-O-Lam for up to approximately 48 hours after birth.

- The IgG content 17% Col-O-Lams high guaranteed protein content provides the lamb with easily available nutrients and energy for a good start and optimal protection against anaemia.

- Mixing: Each sachet contains 50 grams of Col-O-Lam, sufficient for 1 lamb, 1 kg packaging is good for 20 lambs.
- Gradually mix the contents of the bag with 100ml of warm water (40°C) and mix vigorously with a whisk until a smooth liquid is formed.
- Due to the high protein content, the liquid should be mixed for at least 30 seconds
- Administration: Col-O-Lam can be administered via a drinking bottle or tube (roslam)
- Each lamb should consume its full feed (140ml) as soon as possible, preferably within 5 hours after birth
- For small lambs, the food can be given in 2 times if necessary
- Storage: If necessary, the prepared Col-O-Lam can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 72 hours.
- The product should be reheated to 40°C by placing it in a pan of water (not warmer than 60°C)
