Product Description

The electronic stunning device for pigs complies with Regulation (EC) No 1099/2009 of 24-09-2014/ the national implementing regulation of the Animal Welfare and Slaughter Regulation of 01-01-2013 and the current VDE regulations.

The device can also be configured for stunning and killing pigs, sheep and cattle in case of epidemics or for emergency slaughter.

Anaesthesia according to animal welfare policy:
- rapid current increase in the 1st second up to 2.0 A (constant current)
- optical and acoustic signal minimum stunning time not reached
- optical and acoustic signal, minimum stunning time achieved
- optical and acoustic signal Minimum current 1.3A (for pigs) not reached within the 1st second or fallen below during the stunning time
- integrated voltage and current display (volt/ampere)
- Quantity display
- combined cerebral-cardiac anesthesia possible
- 3 stunning programs for different animal species/animal sizes

- Dimensions: 250 x 350 x 170 mm
- powerful transformer 2.0A
- Stainless steel wall bracket for transformer and clamp
- Beautiful stainless steel tweezers with spiral cable, special handles and copper electrodes with central point for safe contact
- integrated data logger for monitoring animal welfare-relevant stunning parameters: Current (A); Voltage (V); Frequency (Hz) and minimum stunning time (sec.)
- Data analysis software:

the stunning parameters are evaluated in the form of daily statistics or monthly statistics with date, time and various errors
Individual animal representation as a graphic and value scale
