In practice, we often see a relapse in calves when they move from their period in calf pens to group housing in the barn. The CalfOTel® XL-5 is therefore absolutely the best follow-up to the individual pens. When calves are reared outside in this system after their stay in the pens, up to an age of approximately 3 months, you prevent these problems. Calves then go back inside with a healthy start. Of course, the XL-5 system has all the strengths of the CalfOTel® individual pens.
