An RNO installation to prevent AVP

Recently, Stable Brothers implemented an RNO installation. This was in addition to the requirements of Chinese customers for meat export to China. This installation helps to prevent viruses and diseases, such as African swine fever (ASF) , which has been rampant in China for years. Due to the high demand for meat from various countries, slaughterhouses are prepared to meet the wishes and requirements of the Chinese market.

A disinfection lock

We understand that trucks drive from company to company and move all over the site. The risk of diseases near these trucks is undesirable and it is essential to keep diseases out. If a disease is present on your company, this can lead to the company being cleared.

Our effective solution for this is:

· Disinfection locks

These locks are equipped with sensors that scan vehicles upon arrival. A pump is activated, which sprays a disinfectant into the air. The vehicle drives through this mist and is disinfected before entering the premises. Once the vehicle has passed, the pump switches off the system, and the vehicle is disinfected on the premises.

These locks are inconspicuous, with only a gutter visible over which vehicles drive.

The chemical range

Should your company come into contact with germs, we can also supply the necessary chemicals. Our range consists of various effective chemicals that can help you combat pathogens. Below are some products:

  • Sodium hydroxide 29%

Caustic soda or sodium hydroxide, better known as Sodium hydroxide 29% (NaOH), is an extremely effective, colourless and viscous alkaline product. Thanks to its powerful cleaning properties it is very suitable for removing grease, organic material and parasites in stable environments.

  • Dioxonic acid

As a professional biocide in closed systems, Dioxonic acid based on analytical grade HCl (9%) (CAS 7647-01-0) offers an excellent solution for the production of in-situ chlorine dioxide (CAS 10049-04-4).

  • Ammonia 24.5%

Our Ammonia 24.5% is a colourless aqueous solution with a characteristic strong ammonia odour, making it a versatile product for various applications within the livestock industry.

  • Chlorine Stabilizer

Chlorostabil is a multifunctional disinfectant with bactericidal, fungicidal and virucidal action, ideal for cleaning process water, waste water and drinking water, as well as disinfecting various surfaces in stable environments.

  • Perfo Grif

PERFO GRIF is a professional biocide specially developed for disinfecting milking claws, milking robot brushes and milking wipes, making it an indispensable part of dairy farms.

  • Sulphuric acid 15%

Sulfuric acid 15%, a colorless solution of 14.5 - 15.5% sulfuric acid, is an essential aid for pH regulation in a variety of applications.
