Purchases at Stablebrothers.com are subject to the following provisions:   

Returning

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited for the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the store are for your own account. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at sales@stablebrothers.com . We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return provided the product has already been received in good order.

Return exceptions

Products ordered through this online store and then customized according to the specifications you entered are not subject to the right of withdrawal. This makes the sale final after successful payment.

Establishment of the agreement

The maximum delivery time is 30 days unless otherwise agreed. If the delivery time is not feasible, we will inform the consumer in a timely manner and offer the option to dissolve the agreement or agree on a new delivery time. Already paid amounts will be refunded within 30 days upon dissolution.

Warranty

We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. Nevertheless, it sometimes happens that an order breaks down during transport or that something else happens as a result of which you can claim warranty. Legally, you are required to report the defect to us within two months of discovering it. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will take care of repair or replacement free of charge.

Complaints

It can always happen that something does not go quite as planned. We recommend that you first report complaints to us by emailing us at sales@stablebrothers.com . If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation through Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil . As of February 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to report complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr . If your complaint is not already being processed elsewhere you are free to file your complaint through the European Union platform.
