Protective coating:
Our stable floors are specifically aimed at modern pig farming. As a result, special attention has been paid to the resistance of the floor to acids, alkalis and salts. This coating is the ideal solution to prevent wear and tear within the stable.

Steel type:
Our floors are made of high quality stainless steel. The type of steel we use is SS304.
Technical specifications:
The coating has a standard thickness of 2.2 to 2.5 mm on one side on woven wire, and 4.8 to 5.2 mm on flat metal. With a double coating these specifications will differ.
Optional double coating:
To increase protection against wear, we optionally offer a double coating. In this case, our high-quality coating is applied twice to the steel.

We go through the quote together.
Both options are possible. If you choose to install it yourself, we will provide you with an installation drawing and a 3D video that will help you through the installation process.
We can also relieve you of your worries and carry out the installation for you. In that case, we will provide the assembly teams and we will look at the agenda together when the right moment is there.
