Shipping costs

Bij leveringen tot €175,- ex BTW bedragen de verzendkosten €7,49.- ex BTW Dit geld voor zendingen binnen Nederland met uitzondering van de Waddeneilanden. Bij leveringen boven de €175,- ex BTW worden er geen verzendkosten in rekening gebracht. Voor buitenlandse leveringen behouden we ons het recht om de verzendkosten marktconform te communiceren en door te berekenen.

Zendingen met afwijkende maten en/of gewicht kennen geen standaard tarief. Hiervoor zullen de geldende tarieven worden berekend.

Uncommon sizes will be delivered with a special carrier, the rate for this will be communicated with you in advance.

Establishment of the agreement

The maximum delivery time is 30 days unless otherwise agreed. If the delivery time is not feasible, we will inform the consumer in a timely manner and offer the option to dissolve the agreement or agree on a new delivery time. Already paid amounts will be refunded within 30 days upon dissolution.

Warranty

We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. Nevertheless, it sometimes happens that an order breaks down during transport or that something else happens as a result of which you can claim warranty. Legally, you are required to report the defect to us within two months of discovering it. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will take care of repair or replacement free of charge.

Complaints

It can always happen that something does not go quite as planned. We recommend that you first report complaints to us by emailing us at sales@stablebrothers.com . If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation through Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil . As of February 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to report complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr . If your complaint is not already being processed elsewhere you are free to file your complaint through the European Union platform.
