Operation:

The Mixtron metering pump uses the flow of water as the sole driving force for the motor piston, which in turn drives the metering piston. This system sucks up the concentrate at the set percentage and mixes it internally with the water. The resulting solution is distributed through the pipes, with the amount of concentrate injected always proportional to the amount of water flowing through the pump. Fluctuations in pressure do not affect the set percentage because the pump responds only to the amount of water flowing through.
